What is your exchange policy?

If you ordered the wrong size, no problem! We will gladly exchange for a new size. Unfortunately, accessories and merchandise cannot be exchanged. Exchanges must meet the requirements as stated in the exchange policy below.

Please review the Size Chart before making your purchase selection.

Exchange Policy:

  • One-time size exchange allowed for clothing purchases within 30 days.
  • Items must be in original condition (items cannot be laundered or worn).
  • Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless return is for a damaged or defective good.
  • Exchanges require proof of purchase / copy of invoice.
  • Specify the new size being requested with the return of your original item.
  • We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
  • Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification detailing the status of your exchange.

What about returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time unless return is for a damaged or defective item.

          If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send an email to customerservice@veganheartapparel.com along with your order number and picture of the damaged or incorrect item received. We'll take care of you!
